Bevan O’Neill CA CEO and Owner
A Chartered Accountant with more than 20 years’ experience, Bevan is a management accounting and bookkeeping expert with experience across a range of complex industries. Throughout his career, Bevan has dealt with every issue known to accounting, and fixed every type of invoicing, supplier and ledger error.
As BBSA’s leader, Bevan takes responsibility for clients’ numbers and results and ensures business owners and decision-makers have the data they need to make informed and timely business decisions.
Phil Strout CA Director and Owner
After spending more than 25 years in some of Australia’s top accounting firms, Phil brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and warm customer service to enable small to medium enterprises to flourish.
Phil is an expert in tax, compliance and business structuring. He ensures all BBSA clients have the appropriate advice and structure to succeed in today’s increasingly complex business world.
Andrew Broadhurst CA Owner
Andrew brings more than 20 years of senior experience managing the finances of some of the world’s best-known companies including Macquarie Group, the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and Fairfax Media. He also has extensive local experience, including leading a financial analysis and advice team for the Queensland Government.
Andrew uses his experience to deliver world-class dashboards, data, budgets and planning tools that help BBSA’s clients to continually improve business decision-making and performance. Andrew is also a process excellence guru, partnering with clients to ensure their monthly processes are efficient, accurate and timely.
